This is one of the shipping fics that feels fuzzy, warm, and maybe, in an alt. universe, even possible. Gave it 5-stars.

The plot (of the fic) was well-written, and I liked many of the details, like Big Mac's tasks, the nearby inn and the pony there, etc. That said, parts could use work, mostly character-building:
-Mainly that Apricot didn't ever get much depth of personality. Motivations and reactions with him and Blueblood were predictable.
-Blueblood changes without enough pivotal "Aha!" moments to be realistic. It's okay for fanfic, but def. could be better.
-Not much introspection. People tend to think that action is always best. Sometimes dialoguing thoughts can make them sound a bit too contrived.
-And a minor point: Rarity's also a little shallow. Wouldn't be an issue in a Blueblood-centered fic, but she has enough written about her that we start to expect a bit more.

sighs... What a romantic story!

I read another Prince Blueblood fanfic a while back and frankly, it doesn't compare to yours in any way!

The character development throughout this whole story was so endearing and just drew me in the more I read.

I'm starting my own MLP FIM fanfic, which is likely to turn into a romance story as well, but no matter how hard I try, it will never be anywhere as good as what you have graced us all in this tender, heart-warming miracle of literature.

Wonderful, wonderful story. This has settled to be one of my utmost favorite MLP fanfics. Blueblood's characterization worked brilliantly, at first I was skeptical on Blueblood-Rarity ship, but you could say that Bluey really won me over. Not to mention how story rolled smoothly from start to finish and had SO MUCH HEARTWARMING. SweetieSpike was a nice touch, FlutterMac is always generous plus in my eyes and even Diamond Tiara & Silver Spoon are getting their share of character development.

I would like to say thank you for a wonderful a series I have love reading, *wipes tears away* this last story to this wonderful series is the best one ever written. I don't think dealing with the mother would make for a very interesting fic, considering the mother has been deceased for a while.

I don't have any sequels planned for the moment, mostly because I'm somewhat burned out on this fic for now. Perhaps one day, but I cannot make any promises. I'm glad you enjoyed it, however. It's likely that I'll eventually make other works in a similar mood, however.
